Several of my projects make use of interactive whiteboards. In essence, these are normal whiteboards where a computer screen has been projected upon them, and students (or the teacher) may control the computer by either using a special stylus or using their finger on the whiteboard itself. I find that the large, shared, display makes for a powerful tool for engaging groups of students’ in some form of inquiry.
